Shipping & Delivery Information

Once your order is placed, we will endeavour to have the materials delivered to you within 5-7 working days. You can expect an email from us within 48 hours of your order confirming that we have received your order and it is being processed by our team.

We offer free delivery on all orders over the value of £1000.00. For orders below this value, we use postcode and zone based shipping to calculate a delivery cost. Our shipping fees start at £57.60 which is inclusive of VAT, with further increases in this cost based on your location. Your delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout which gives you a shipping fee for your order, which you can see before the order is placed.

We offer free local delivery to all Sheffield (S Postcodes) and specific parts of Doncaster (D1-D12 Postcodes).

Fencing and gates will usually be delivered on a pallet, and we will inform you of your delivery date once the product is ready for transportation.

We use an external pallet company for our deliveries and want you to receive your purchase damage free. Therefore every panel is delivered stood on end on a pallet and wrapped. We cannot remove pallets once the delivery has been made.

Most of our deliveries run like clockwork, however, there’s always a small chance of a delay. We recommend getting in touch with our team if your delivery is delayed using the following details - Email: orders@slatted.co.uk, Phone: 01147 060700.

We recommend not booking any contractors or tradesmen to install your product until your order is delivered. As we use outside couriers, we cannot be liable for any costs incurred by delays in your order being delivered late.

We use couriers to deliver our orders, so please check your delivery date. Any damage to your order must be reported to our team within 48 hours. We will treat each case individually and examine the nature of any reported damage.

Please note our product is made of natural wood and as such movement and shakes (splits) in the timber may occur. This is not a fault in the product but is part of a natural process.
